Terms and Conditions of Use
A. SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you have any queries about subscribing please read the
terms and conditions before committing to the service.
1. Registration
When you register for a subscription you are registering as a personal user for Post-A-Poem.
(i) Only those presently and over the age of 16 years are permitted to
register for a subscription.
(ii) You must email Post-A-Poem after the subscription transaction has taken
place to be given a Subscription ID and to provide Post-A-Poem
with the items for advertising.
(iii) Your email address and Subscription ID details are personal to you and
may not be used by anyone else.
(iv) When contacting Post-A-Poem in the future, for more information or to
change items, you must always quote your Subscription ID.
2. Termination of Registration
(i) If a subscription is being misused, Post-A-Poem will terminate
your subscription.
(ii) If we wish to end your subscription, we will do so by emailing you,
by the email address given when subscribed, saying our agreement
has ended. Your information will be erased.
(iii) If you wish to end your subscription, you must email Post-A-Poem
stating your reason and quoting your Subscription ID. Post-A-Poem
will erase all information recorded.
(iv) Once we have received your subscription payment for the month we
are unable to refund your money back. If you unsubscribe after the
monthly payment has been received we are unable to refund you
for that month.
(v) Once a subscription is terminated any further payment is stopped.
3. Re-Subscription
(i) If you re-subscribe, you must email Post-A-Poem stating that you
have done so, and quote your previous Subscription ID.
(ii) If you lose your Subscription ID, email Post-A-Poem and we will issue
you with a new one.
4. Submitting content for publication
(i) When submitting items to be advertised, it is permitted to
provide Post-A-Poem with items for those under the age of 16 years.
(ii) Only a maximum of two items to be submitted per month to Post-A-Poem
if you wish to change these items email post-a-poem@hotmail.co.uk
quoting your Subscription ID in the email.
(iii) The content given must not contain foul language as Post-A-Poem
is for all ages. However if the items contains mature content suitable
for adults, only the name and description (and image if applicable) of the
item will be advertised so that it can be viewed by the right audience.
(iv) When submitting items you agree to the terms that you are submitting
your own work and or have been given permission to submit someone
else's.
(v) When submitting items you also agree to the terms that the items
submitted will not hurt and or offend anyone.
(vi) Every item submitted will be checked before being published
on the site.
Point 2(i) of Section A of the Terms and Conditions if this agreement
is broken.
B. USE OF MATERIAL APPEARING ON POST-A-POEM
'Material', for this agreement, refers to video, text, images and sound
materials published on Post-A-Poem, whether Copyright of Post-A-Poem
or a third party.
You are allowed to download electronic products once bought as
permission by the owner has then been given. However you are
not allowed to make copies unless for personal use, but not commercial.
You must not reproduce any material from Post-A-Poem or store it
in any other website and reword or recreate it in any other form.
C. THIRD PARTY MATERIAL
Third Party Advertising Material will be submitted on Post-A-Poem.
Individual advertisers are responsible solely on the material they
submit to us. We do not take responsibility for the content of material
including errors and inaccuracy.

IMPORTANT
You or the owner still own the copyright of the items submitted and
can submit them to any media you or the owner want.
THIRD PARTY LINKS
Post-A-Poem website contains links to other websites. These links
are identifiable as clicking on them will open a new window/tab and
will display the third parties web address. These links are for your
convenience and reference only and you click at your own risk.
D. DATA PROTECTION

how information is being used.
E. COMPETITIONS AND PROMOTIONS
Post-A-Poem will periodically run competitions and promotions.
These promotions will come with additional terms and conditions that will
be posted when these promotions have commenced.
F. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Post-A-Poem may have to make additions to the terms, if features
and or terms have been updated. Visit Post-A-Poem
Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
